Wedding Photography

So you are thinking of having us cover your special day & for that we are so excited! We are here to capture all those little moments of your day & make sure that we are telling your story that is unique to you as a couple! No matter where you are planning your Wedding we would love to be there. From Vancouver, anywhere in B.C. or a Destination Wedding we are always willing to travel to unique places to tell your story.
01- The first thing we do with any new potential Client is set-up a meeting, zoom or phone call. This is such an important step! During this meeting we will go through our contract, get to know each other & make sure we are the perfect fit for each other. After all we will be capturing some of the most special memories of your life!
02- After all the logistics are out of the way, the contract is signed & the deposit is paid we are here to help you with whatever you need! Anything from helping build your timeline, vendor recommendations, or whatever you may need we will be there for you!
03- Once it is closer to the day we will set up another meeting or call to iron through any last details & make sure we know your time line inside & out.
04- When the day finally arrives, we will be there to be a crutch for you. Not only will be there to make sure that we capture your day, we will also try to make sure that everything runs smoothly in anyway we can. By the end of the day, we are usually such good friends!
05- After the day is done we will always get right to work editing! For us this is when the real work begins. We go through every single photo & make sure that everyone is edited & re-touched with the utmost care & detail. After everything is edited we will upload your album to an On-line Gallery for you to share easily with your friends & family. It will stay up for 6 month after your Wedding day. But do not worry we will also deliver every edited photo to you on a USB Drive.
It’s the day we have all been waiting for & no matter where you have decided to have it, we are so happy to be there! Our goal for your day is to be your quiet shadow, to allow all those beautiful moments to happen in the most organic way. Like a fly on the wall, we are always there but out of the way. But at any point jump in to help you with anything we can!
01- When we arrive on your Day we will make sure to let you know that we are there & make sure you are all good. We know that leading up to the Ceremony can be the most nerve racking part of the day. Depending on your time-line we will get into taking those detail shots or just capture what is happening.
02- During the Ceremony we try to be like Ghosts, that way we can capture your Ceremony without being a distraction to you & your guests. We will maneuver throw any Aunt who may have brought their iPad with them ;) Also please don’t be shocked if we shed a tear or two, because we are both suckers for a good love story.
03- During the Photoshoot portion of your day we will be there to offer as much guidance as you need, while still allowing you both to have those beautifully candid moments, a stolen kiss or a gentle whisper in your partners ear. During your Family Photo Portion of the day however we have no issue with putting on our Teacher Voice ( we have never been teachers) and making sure we are directing everyone who needs to be there.
04- During the rest of our day with you, we want to make sure that you are enjoying your time with your guests & maybe might sneak you away for a last minute sunset session. If you have us there for your reception do not be surprised if we are on the dance floor getting in there to get the best party shots!
05- When our time is up with you on our day, we will always check in & say our Good-Byes! Trust us this is the only part of the day that is hard for us, because we absolutely love what we do and Wedding Days are always so much fun!
01- Any package over 6 hours will receive multiple wedding meetings or phone calls, as you need to make sure any questions you have for us are answered!
02- Any package over 6 hours receives a complimentary engagement session!
03- The amount of coverage that we went over during the planning process, if on the day you want us to stay longer we are happy to do so for an additional cost that we will discuss also during the planning process!

When shooting a Wedding Day film we strongly encourage that you have both of us attend. That way we can get some great money shots of your location & bust out the Drone (Venue & Weather Permitting)

We will go through every single clip & make sure we choose the absolute best ones that tell the best version of your Wedding Day Film! We will make sure that we sound edit every clip, stabilize & colour correct. We also will chat with you about what Music best represents you & your day. Not to mention you will be watching this video for years to come so we want to make sure you are absolutely stoked on it!

02- Any Package over 6 Hours will receive a save the date or engagement session! (Yes even with our Video Packages we offer that as well!)
03- Us there on your day! We will be there to be hype man for the whole day!
04- Depending what Package you decide on will determine the final amount of Videos you will receive. However no matter the Package size you will receive all videos edited to the music of your choice on a USB Drive.
05- We are also more than happy to post your videos onto our YouTube channel either Public or Non-Listed to easily share with your Friends & Family
06- All packages come with an Instagram edit/highlight video ready for you to post on your Social Media. It also give the perfect Glimpse into the longer Version of your day.
07- A finite number of really bad puns & cheesy jokes to try & get those great giggly clips. Not to mention if Chris & I are both there to capture your day we are happy to demonstrate anything we ask you to do!

Elopement Packages

Wether you are saying “I Do” on a mountain top, City Hall, Backyard or at the Beach we are more than excited to be there to capture your day! Eloping can be one of the best ways to have a stress-free day focused on just the two of you & we will be there with you during every step of the way!
01- The first thing we will do is have a meeting with you, go over our contract & create a custom package that best fits your day. Do you need us for both Photo & Video? We are more than happy to oblige to that request!
02- After we have gone through the contract & you know that we are the best fit for you, we will help with the planning. The where, when & how! Whatever you decide we can offer as much input to the details as you need us to. We are also happy to help build a time line that optimizes your day.
03- During the lead up we would love to meet up for a drink or coffee to get to know you a little better! This also gives us an opportunity to go over your time-line in more details! Live out of town? We can always do it over Zoom! We also encourage our couples to take advantage of our complimentary engagement session. That gives you a chance to get comfortable being in front of our camera.
04- On the day you can expect us to show up super pumped for your day & ready to capture your most epic version of your love story!
05- After the day is done your photos will be uploaded to a personalized, private on-line gallery & your videos will be uploaded to our YouTube Channel (if you would like us to) & you will receive all of your final Images & videos on a USB Drive.
After all of the planning & the day finally arrives its finally time to document one of the biggest parts of your love story. This is the day you have been waiting for!
01- We love to be with you for all the key events from your day & it usually starts with the getting ready. Wether its together or separate this is the first chapter of your big day.
02- The moment you have been waiting for when you are about to say “I DO” we will be there as your shadow for the whole day. Being there to offer guidance when needed but for the most part we will let you be you, to capture those organic moments. We also are happy to be your witnesses if needed for this part of the day!
03- After the ceremony is finished we get into one of the best parts of the day. Its Photoshoot time! We are there to offer as much guidance as you need & more than happy to pose & prompt to when needed.
04- For us this day is all about capturing your story. While we love to guide our couples & offer guidance we will always be looking for those little moments that sometimes can go missed, the little glances or smiles you give to one another, those little kisses & the big hugs from all of the emotions of the day.
05- After all is said & done & we have accomplished everything on your list of events to capture we part ways & say our good-byes for now. Until your next milestone.

Sara will usually lead as the Photographer & Chris as the Videographer. We are also happy to split up & capture both photos & video during the getting ready process of the day!

Well! The day is finally here! After all the planning & excitement you are about to have the best day of your life & we are so happy to be apart of it!
01- The best way to start this day for us is to be there for the getting ready, this gives everyone a chance to get us to know everyone a little better & for everyone to get comfortable with us being your shadow.
02- For the day we will try to be your shadow, a fly on the wall. We will be super close to get any candid moments but not right in your face or you don’t have to feel like you are constantly having to pose for the camera. Get comfortable with us being around because we will always be looking for those candid moneys between the two of you & your guests.
03- For the day Sara will usually take the lead with the Photos & Chris will be focusing on video. We are totally okay with splitting up to capture both Photos & Video for certain parts of the day. We can also add additional shooter(s) if you would like for parts of your day for an additional cost.
04- During your ceremony we will try to be discreet & like a fly on the wall. We will try very hard to not be a distraction to you & your guest so that you can be at ease while saying your vows & your guests can enjoy this beautiful moment.
05- Once the ceremony is done we get into one of our favourite parts of the day! The Photoshoot part! During this part of the day we are happy to help pose & guide you however mush you need us to. We promise we won’t be doing any super cheesy poses. Just the one cheesy prom photo pose for the parents & that’s it lol.
07- After the Photoshoot is done & its time for your reception we try to blend in & get candid shots of you & your guests & let you enjoy the rest of your night & let you relax. We may steal you away for a few quick photos at sunset, but that’s about it.
08- When the time comes for us to leave we will come say our good-byes & check in with you make sure you are good for us to head out!
09- Once we are gone for the night our work doesn’t stop. The second we get home we start unloading our cards to our hard drives & make sure everything is secure.
01- Both of us with you all day! Sara taking the lead as the Photographer & Chris as the videographer. We can definitely add additional shooters for certain parts on the day if you would like, for an additional cost.
03- As much help with the planning process as you need! Whether its in person or over zoom we are happy to help with whatever you need or any vendor recommendations!
04- A complimentary engagement session! Thats right all of our Photo & Video Packages include an Engagement Session!
05- An Unlimited amount of photos on an On-Line personalized gallery, as well as all final High-Resolution images delivered on a USB Flash Drive.
06- An Instagram Highlight formatted and ready for you to post on social media.
07- Depending on what package you choose will determine the number of videos receive. But no matter the amount of videos all packages will receive all edited videos on a USB Flash Drive edited to the music of your choice.
